Trolleybus "SINARA-6254"

One of the projects worthy of attention in 2022 is an ultra-modern trolleybus "SINARA-6254" where "Avtoplast" took a direct part. "SINARA-6254" differs from analogues in an increased level of comfort both for passengers as well as for the driver. Synergy of aesthetics, recognizable, and at the same time, laconic style will not leave anyone indifferent. Panoramic glazing in conjunction with composite elements of the exterior and interior are the embodiment of a harmonious and functional design. It took 6 months to implement the project - from the design project stage to prototype manufacturing. At the end of the whole complex of works, the specialists of "Avtoplast" LLC supervised the installation of all plastic parts on the prototype body.

Representatives of the largest Belarusian holding AMKODOR visited Neftekamsk

Representatives of the largest Belarusian holding AMKODOR came to Neftekamsk to get acquainted with our enterprises and assess the investment climate.
The meeting was held within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium Business and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives".
The AMKODOR holding, which unites more than 30 enterprises of Belarus and Russia, plans to jointly develop and manufacture units, assemblies and spare parts for various equipment. To this end, the management of the AMKODOR holding personally assessed the potential of Neftekamsk.
The Deputy General Directors of AMKODOR OJSC from the Republic of Belarus attended the meeting. They are: Technical Director - Andrey Minchik, Production Director - Alexei Mezyak, Technical Director of AMKODOR-SEMASH OJSC Sergey Khonsky and Director of Scientific and Technical Center - General Designer of AMKODOR OJSC Alexander Malinovsky.
The meeting was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities and personally by the representative of Belarus Republic at the Russian Trade Mission in Belarus Konstantin Dmitrievich Klimin.
Also successful enterprises of the city like Avtoplast LLC, Interkub LLC were invited to the meeting. They are considered as potential partners for the production of parts. We, in turn, are ready to enter into partnerships within the framework of industrial cooperation, using the strengths of each of the partners.
As Eldar Validov, head of the Neftekamsk city district administration, noted, we hope that in the near future our enterprises will be able to implement all their ideas in cooperation, the number of orders will increase, which means we will have new jobs and begin more active development of the city's economy.

    The first inspection audit of Avtoplast LLC was carried out from 01.08 to 03.08.2022 by the auditors of DECUES LLC for compliance with the requirements of GOST R 58139-2018 (IATF 16949:2016) + ISO 9001. According to the results of the audit, certificates of conformity were issued.

    The audit identified strengths (according to the IATF points):            

    The company is actively introducing new production equipment, production areas are being developed. New RTCs have been successfully introduced. A new paint booth is being installed. A new warehouse complex was built;

    The high competence of employees, their awareness and involvement was noted.

materials by hand lay-up method

This technology is widely used for the parts of any complexity and size. In hand lay-up, the glass-fiber material is impregnated with resin manually using a brush and roller. Impregnation can be carried out simultaneously with rolling in the mould, or separately. Rolling is necessary to remove air from the laminate and apply the binder evenly.

materials by spraying method 

Spray application technology for composite parts is the most productive way for the manufacture of large size parts. This method involves the use of a special spray gun, with the glass fiber thread fed in and simultaneous cutting of the fiber into pieces of a certain length. These pieces are mixed with resin in the air and applied to the mould, followed by rolling.

Manufacturing of composite parts by continuous molding method

Avtoplast LLC has a unique technology for manufacture of products from composite materials using continuous molding, which allows to manufacture long sheets, flat or profiled.

Manufacturing of parts from composite materials by pultrusion method

Pultrusion is a method of manufacturing profiled composite parts by pulling continuous glass fibers impregnated with thermosetting resins through a mould, which is heated to a temperature of 135 - 150 C. The final product is a high-strength composite profile with 70% reinforcing fiber content.

Extrusion is a method for manufacturing of profiles from polymer materials with unlimited length by extruding a polymer melt through a forming die with the required cross section, followed by sizing and cooling. Co-extrusion is a variety of extrusion where polymeric materials are combined with different individual characteristics and physical/mechanical properties.

Extrusion blow molding technology makes it possible to produce hollow parts of complex shape for a wide range of applications - seats and chairs frames, emergency ventilation hatch doors, medical bed barriers, complex shaped air ducts, tool boxes frames, etc.

Since 2010, the planned continuous introduction of robotic systems (RS) into production has been carrying out. RS are created on the basis of KUKA 6-axis robots and used both for mechanical processing of parts and automatic application of gelcoats and resin with glass materials on dies.
